Five years ago, I was drawn to this young design agency to assist with difficult discussions with employees. From there, the role grew into a coaching position for the managers and, together with the founders of this fast-growing company, we gradually developed an HR policy and HR activities. In recent years, a solid HR policy with guidelines, training and structural coaching of employees has emerged.

Fox-IT prevents, solves, and mitigates the most serious global cyber threats for governmental bodies, banking and large enterprises.
I coach employees with key functions within this fast-growing organization, helping them to better deal with their work pressure. The outcome has been the development of a stress prevention program; dealing with stress now has a permanent place in the organization.

iBOOD is Europe's largest community shopping site, pioneering daily and flash deals since 2005. I coach various managers to discover and use their talent, and develop their leadership skills so they can manage the organization with greater ease.

Axual is an IT company for real-time data solutions and services, especially focused on the banking sector. For this young start-up, I developed the feedback cycle for the entire team. In addition, I coach their management team to ensure that HR support becomes a permanent part of the organization.

Tiqets is an innovative ticketing platform that is revolutionizing the way visitors discover, buy, and use tickets for museums, shows and attractions. I coach employees to develop the right personal skills to deal with their challenges within the organization and confront their personal boundaries.
