HRM Support and Development 

Every leader wants to work with people who are in their element, despite the pressures of work. It’s good to know what you as a leader, manager, employer, or HR manager can do to achieve this, together with your people.

I offer hands-on HR support to start-ups and scale-ups, for whom it’s not always necessary to hire an HR professional from the get-go. However, they want to know from the start the minimum that is needed to build a strong team for whom commitment, communication, and responsibility comes first.

I provide practical advice on: a good feedback loop, 360 feedback, personal development plans, competencies, engagement and peer coaching.

I provide workshops on (personal) leadership, stress prevention and finding your energy, time management.

For example: I give personal guidance to people exhibiting symptoms of stress, providing them with insights into what they can do themselves to recognize and prevent the causes. They learn how to continue working in a healthy way, and how to deal with daily stress. Sometimes, one conversation is all it takes.

Coaching

 You want to go for it. For your work, your team, for the company, for YOUR company. With all your energy and passion. But sometimes you’re stuck, lost, overwhelmed or feel you can achieve more but can’t find the motivation to do it. Sometimes you realize that you need to approach things from a different perspective.

I help you to change your behavior, so that you can achieve what you want to achieve. You get rid of what causes unnecessary stress. You proactively work on your own development, you’re alert and focused. You get insights into what your talents and qualities are and how to concretely put them into action so that you can shine.

One-on-one training

Leadership, leading projects, doing business, working together. This requires a range of skills: delegating, giving feedback, determining and achieving goals, conducting effective meetings, coaching, motivating, dealing with resistance, settling disputes, time- and stress management, assertiveness.

In two half day sessions you practice with skills based on cases from your own practice. I provide you with feedback on what I see you doing, and you practice new behavior in your own style.
