At the start of every session, we always begin by diving into the answers to the following two questions:

  1. What do you want to get rid of? Is it pain, frustration, feelings of failure?

  2. What do you want to achieve? What wishes, dreams, do you have

    The answers give the motivation to set change in motion.

I offer coaching as a fast, intensive, and deliberate means toward change. We begin by formulating clear and challenging developmental goals, and translate them into feasible steps with a realistic time scale. We always start with the strengths and talents you already have. During the coaching sessions, I guide you through the steps to achieve your goal. Between the fortnightly sessions, you work on your assignments to speed up the process of your personal development. From the very first session, we immediately take the first steps toward your goal.
